The Inter-American Network of Food Analysis Laboratories – INFAL is composed of national laboratories, officially nominated, involved in the control of food quality in the countries of the Americas region.

The incorporation of the country to the INFAL is voluntary, where the acceptance to participate in any activity commits the laboratories and institutions to the fulfillment of the corresponding program. The network currently has 250 laboratories from 31 countries throughout the Americas and the Caribbean and to participate, the interested country must send a request for registration.
