Introducing the equivalence of measurements in the food sector

Content: Measurements in food laboratories. Types of methods. Selection criteria and design. Metrological traceability and measurement of uncertainty. Equivalence between measurements. Tools to assess equivalence and limitations. International criteria for comparing methods in the food sector.
Certificate: Each participant must meet the following requirements to download the certificate in pdf format: 1) Complete the evaluation survey and 2) Attend (at least 1 time) the full recorded version of the course.
